- 1 15 oz can Black beans
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 bunch Kale
- 1 Lime, juice of
- 1/4 cup Parsley
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup Red onion
- 2 cups Sweet potato
Condiments
- 1 tbsp Honey
Baking & Spices
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 2 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Taco seasoning - i used, store-bought
Oils & Vinegars
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
Dairy
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1/4 cup Veggie stock or dry white wine
