Homemade Beef Empanadas are just good. Luckily, this shortcut version is EASY to make. To speed things along, look for empanada wrappers sold in your grocer's freezer.

Ingredients

Meat
- 1/2 lb Ground beef
Produce
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 Green pepper, medium fine
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, dried
- 1/2 Yellow onion, fine
Refrigerated
- 1 Egg
Condiments
- 1/4 cup Tomato sauce
Baking & Spices
- 10 (1 pkg) empanada dough, Discs
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper, ground
- 1/2 Red pepper, medium fine
- 1 Salt and ground black pepper
Oils & Vinegars
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
