These mini peach pies are the perfect treat.

Ingredients

• 2 (2 cups) fresh peaches, large fresh pitted

• 1 Egg wash
• 2 Land o lake egg, large

Baking & Spices

• 2 cups All-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 tbsp Cornstarch
• 1 Filling
• 1 Glaze
• 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
• 1/8 tsp Salt

Bread & Baked Goods

• 1 Crust

Drinks

• 2 tbsp Ice water

Dairy

• 1/2 cup Land o lakes butter
• 1 tsp Land o lakes half & half

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1 1/3 tbsp Bourbon

Liquids

• 1 tsp Water
