• 2 lbs Chicken breast

• 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Condiments

• 8 oz Barbecue sauce

Baking & Spices

• 3 tbsp Brown sugar, packed dark
• 2 tsp Kosher salt
• 2 tbsp Paprika
• 1 tbsp Paprika, smoked
• 1 tsp White pepper, ground

Beer, Wine & Liquor

• 1/8 cup Bourbon
