Low carb and gluten free baked chicken tenders are easy to make and are so flavorful, especially with the tasty dipping sauce.

  • 1 tsp Powdered garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme, dried
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup, unsweetened
Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 cup Almond meal
  • 1 Avocado oil spray
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Kosher salt, coarse
Dairy
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
