• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper
• 2 tbsp Brown sugar

• 1 tbsp Oil

• 1/3 cup (85 ml) soy sauce (light or all purpose, not dark)
